WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES YOU MIGHT ASK? 


Because you do not want to wear clothes someone else wore, even if it is for just once. We do not want to sell you clothes that someone else wore. 


The garments we carry as you know are manufactured all over the world and sold locally in the US for the convenience of our customers, it is not possible for us to return these back to the manufacturers as the management and shipping costs are prohibitive. To entertain any kind of returns we would have to incur at least 30% additional cost, which means we will have to pass the cost back to you, the customer. 


Instead we ask you to make sure you are buying the product you are going to keep and use.


In situations where you had an item damaged in transit, please email us at info@thewildheartsclub.com so we can work with you! We will inspect these case by case to find a solution!
